Welcome

The healthy lifestyle change program is a peer mentoring agency which was established to identify and support adults with disabilities who are at risk for or who have a diagnosis of Type II as well as supporting people who wish to develop a more healthy lifestyle.  The groups meet at Westside Regional Center in Culver City.

Our Programs

Here at PMLCA we offer a few different classes that can all be used to create a healthy lifestyle.

Some days we decide to get up and get active. As a group, we walk to Fox Hills Park where we can play basketball, soccer, volleyball, jump rope, etc.

Each month we create a new calendar filled with our activities and meet dates as well as times. We also include location since sometimes we are on zoom instead of in person.
